Im 13, 147 pounds, Female and I was just wondering...

I eat an apple in the morning, and a bowl of cearl for lunch, and a bowl of cearl for lunch. (Cherrios).

And the I do 30 crunches and 10 minutes of bicycles, and walk three times a day. One for 5 minutes, and 2 for 30 minutes.

Do you think I can lose 20 pounds in 2 month doing this?

Honestly? No. You might lose a couple of pounds right away, but that will stop. You're not eating enough calories, nor are you consuming the right nutrients you NEED. Your body will go into "starvation mode" and you might actually gain weight because if you don't eat enough your body fears you won't eat anything again and therefore holds on to it.

Keep exercising! That's a good move!

But as far as what to eat, ask your mom or dad to make an appointment for you with your doctor, and ask them to give you guidelines as to what you need - how many calories a day, how much calcium, how much of different vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy. Your doctor can help you do it the right way so you lose the weight forever.

sure... in a unhealthy way, the exercises is Awesome maybe even a bit more.
But you need more food.
The thing is, I am guessing, you also want to bulk up, so what not add in some protein shakes, or meat or bacon and eggs for breakfast?

Luck is suppose to be small cereal is awesome!
cereal for supper not bad I would say spaghetti, with meat balls.
10 glasses of water daily!
and a little dessert always is good. Make one week of the day after supper 4 cookies, or ice cream bar. the other 6 days fruit. Do that for 2 months and you will lose Guess how much? 20 pounds as well!
The same as the same!
eat healthy exercises, lose 2 pounds a week.
Please don't go starving yourself and stuff eat right!
And Try 50 sit ups in morning when you wake up, and 50 at night. Do your excises in the evening so that the stuff you had through out the day you are burning off.
Eat BREAKFAST OR ELSE YOU WILL WANT TO EAT MORE IN THE EVENING! If you get full in the morning with breakfast, then all you have to do is every 3 hours just have something light like cereal or an apple, then exercise after wards!

eating only cheerios and apples is not healthy. you might lose some weight, but you will be losing muscle mass, as you are not getting any protein in your diet. So your body will start looking for protein in other places, like in your muscles and your organs. This is not healthy.
I think that if you get some protein (an egg for breakfast, some tofu and veggies for dinner, beans and rice or peanut butter for lunch) and keep up with the exercise, you will lose weight in a more healthy way.
I also think that you should ask your school nurse or nutritionist for other healthy diet and exercise ideas. Good luck, and stay healthy!

no, u'll end up like a stick!
gurl u need to eat more, atleast ur breakfast need to b bigger -most important meal- cuz this ones the one tht gets u goin
n w/ the exersises ur doin the results will b good ones
also, if u already started ur period, try to eat a lil bit more when ur period comes...if it does come cuz somtimes it wont come normally cuz of the exersicin. so eat juz a lil bit more when ur on ur period this will keep u from gettin dizzy n getting weak knees
