Drunker as measured by blood alcohol no. Nicotine and alcohol are synergens which will increase the over all effect of either alone so you will feel more of an change in yourself.
Enjoy.

it may make you feel drunker ya, but i do not think it goes further than a mentel thing. Smoking does however dehydrate you in small amounts at a time. and cigarettes give you head rushes too. so both of those things add to the effects.
I have been smoke free for about 5 days now. the last cigarette i smoked was while i was drinking and since i hadnt smoked in 5 hours i got a REALLY big head rush and it made me feel dizzy and maybe a little drunker.

Yes. You're inhaling and your brain needs more blood to process everything while the stomach and liver need the blood too. And the smoking accelerates it. You're not getting enough oxygen for your system to work. Trust me, it happens to me a lot and that's what a couple doctors said.

I find that when I have a cigar I feel like I have had alot more alcohol than I actually drank. So yes, it makes you feel the buzz more than without smoking a cigar.

It will not raise your "Blood Alcohol Content", but it will probably make you feel more intoxicated. This would be especially true if you are not a smoker.
