If u just c how those ppl who answer ur Q, care about u, so u can imagine that u r not alone in this world. I believe God sent u all these ppl to cheer u up. to tell u how they care about u r sad or not. So thing 'gain about that n walk out n smell fresh of life of trees take ur kids w/ u n play w/ them out side. just ignore any bugs that may try to stick on ur head. after all its only bugs.

I get lonely all the time. It is worse when I am not doing anything or when I am by myself. The way I remedy the situation is that I get out of the house. Sometimes I will go out jogging. It takes your mind off things and helps to pump some endorphins through your system. Or I will go to a local bar with a pool table and start shooting. Sooner or later, guys will step up to challenge me. They'll start chatting and buying me drinks and my loneliness will have been pushed to the side for the moment.

ive been experiencing the same thing. I keep goin through ups and downs and I often get real lonely. Just keep ya head up and know that life goes on. Also, you can listen to the song dont worry, be happy I guarantee you'll be feelin better after that.

I did before, but yah it gets lonely out there somedays; i'd suggest to watch a funny movie or eat out...Enjoy the day

I used to feel like that until I became comfortable in my own skin. Now, I relish days alone. You need to find things to occupy your mind space when you are lonely. Try reading or writing. Maybe going to a movie or shopping. I promise before you know it... you'll be looking forward to your personal down time.

Do something that makes you feel good. Whatever it may be that you've been thinking about. Changing your hair, doing your nails, rearrange your room, just something that gives you a pleasant thought instead of stressing yourself out with your thoughts find something to keep your mind busy and maybe tire you out enough to stop thinking.

Instead of thinking about the things that make you sad, try thinking about those things that have always brought a smile to your face. I have found that it works to take my mind off of the depressing facts of life......sometimes it even helps to fantasize about the things that you want in your life.

Yes, I do... Participate in some of your hobbies. When I get down, I try to listen some music or play a sport with somebody... Rather than laying around and pouting, try to get up and do something!
