Most of the people have the same religion as their parents'.
If you are among those people, I'd like to know what you think about other people who have another religion than yours (like Islam or Buddhim, or Animism, or any other religion) and these people have that religion just because their parents have that religion.
I'd like to know why your God has given those people a wrong religion and do you want them to convert to your religion?
And do you think that those people think that it is actually YOU and not THEY that have a "wrong" religion and that you should convert to their religion in order to go to Heaven instead of Hell.
How can you tell who is right and who is wrong?

I do not practice the same religion as my parents. It took years of reading and studying before I made my decision. I don't feel any one religion has the monopoly on truth. If a religion helps you to spiritually progress, then its the right one for you.

Well...as it says in James 1:5-6 if we aren't sure what's true we can pray and God will tell us if it is good or bad. I have prayed to know if I've chosen the right path and I know I am on the right path...

In regards to other people, I think all religions have some truth in them but they aren't the complete truth. Most people are good people and are searching for a better way.

Now, what will happen to these people? God is fair, just and loving. He has provided a way for everyone to have an equal oppourtunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ and accept it or not. The Gospel is still preached after this life (before the resurrection).

I don't know why God allowed me to be born into such a great family in such a great house where the truth could be found so easily but He did. I wish it could've been someone else but it wasn't so I'm going to try to do everything I can to do what He asks me. I don't think I'll ever be able to repay Him but I can sure try.

All religions share many similarities. The thing that makes a difference is this: Only one religion claims to have a living God. All the rest have a God that did something in the past or will do something in the future. Only one religion recognizes that man cannot reconcile himself with a holy God without the payment of a debt. Only my God loved us so much that he would pay the debt himself with the life of his own SON on a tree. Only my God was raised and lives as the Holy Spirit in the hearts of believers. Let me ask you this. If there is a possibility that you can be near God with any belief you choose then why did Jesus have to die on the cross? Some things are true, whether we believe them or not!

Ok, first, I am not religious. Christianity is a relationship, NOT a religion.
And I am a Christian not just because my parents are, but I CHOSE to be a Follower of Christ.
To answer your Q about telling who is right and who is wrong, the only ONE TRUE way to get to Heaven is by Jesus Christ.
John 14:6 says, "Jesus said unto them, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no one comes to the Father except through me".
God bless<3
ps, hope this helps

We are all sons and daughters of adam and eve who are children of GOD.

Let's all get along! Let's all believe in being good people, kind people, loving people, honest people. Does it really matter who is what? God is most merciful, most forgiving, loves all regardless of ethnicity, race, colour, sex, religion. Why are we even arguing about what is right, wrong or neither. Just be good, respect eachother's beliefs. Just believe that their is a higher power and believe that it is omnipresent and it is not a entity, not a human, not living, breathing, organism but just a omnipotent God.

Love oneother, be good to oneanother, and if you have never heard the sunscreen song, definitely go and download it now and listen to the words.

No one fought their religious back ground harder than I. That doesn't matter though. The truth is in a deeply felt relationship with God through His Holy Spirit that we receive from Jesus.
However you get there is fine but It always comes down to an open heart and a true and honest willingness to receive.
The proof is in this personal relationship and I have never heard of any other religion that claims such.
Try praying to God to show you his wisdom for you and see what He says first.

I am not the religion of my mother.
I studied the bible and choose to serve God on my own.
There is a way to tell a belief that is from God. Test it by its fruits?
What do the people do who belong to that religion?
Are they kind and loving? are they good husbands and fathers? do they love their wives and treat them fairly?
Do they lie, steal, commit adultry, murder or not honor their parents? Any religion that would allow for the beating of women and treating another human as inferior would be wrong. That would not be from God or the true religion.
If they hated their brother they cannot be loving God.
His brother is anyone living on the planet>
So if they are murdering their brothers and sisters they are not from God. If they withhold anything good from them they are not from God. That would be greedy.
If they commit adultry by having more than one wife they are not from God. So test your religion, does it go to war?
does it kill others? does it hate others?
Does it still celebrate pagan holidays and customs?
Is lying okay in your religion? How about stealing?
These are all quesitons we all have to ask ourselves.
Before the flood most religions were false.
only Noah and his family survived so it isn't the most populous religion because Jesus said few would be finding it.

My Parents are Trinitarian, I am a Oneness Christian, they believe that God is 3 persons, I believe God is one. I came to this after study of the Bible and the history of the Trinity. Trinity is not only not Biblical it is not supportable in the light of the Scriptures. The Roman Catholic Church hs for years been deceiving people into believing in the Trinity based on the Ancient Babylonian Trinity like many of the other anti-Biblical teachings of the Roman Catholic Church is a dangerous heresy.

Well, how can you tell is anything is right or wrong. Easy - well, not in practice, but in theory. You can tell if you're right or wrong by doing hard research, finding evidence, looking at archealogy, getting to know what you believe in, learning, and basically educating yourself.

"God has given religion" to other people? I never said I believed that! People have given themselves other religions.

And if someone is wrong, and they would get hurt by being wrong, isn't it the right thing to do to try to get them to belive in what is right?

Why'd you leave atheists off? LOTS of atheists want to "convert" non-skeptics. And many have atheist parents. Lots of them believe we're wrong as well, so count them, not just religious people.

Because God is the only One who gave a Son to die for this world! God is the only One who teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who spitefully use us. Archaeology continually proves the Bible and the prophets of the Bible have always prophesied truth. I want every person to accept Jesus as their Savior and live in eternity with me. Only Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one can come to the Father God except by Jesus. The way to eternal life is narrow and the way to hell is broad.
