Why do some people assume that if you make a Jesus joke...?

...you somehow hate Him, or are insulting Christians? (I've read both in the last 15 minutes here.)

If you have a good joke to tell about me, and tell it to my face, I usually like it.

Maybe. I imply, Christianity has been one of the vital harmful forces on the earth, however Christendom did stave off the Islamic empire. Although, there may be relatively no understanding what might have occurred and the way human societies might have advanced had the Muslims conquered Europe. Then once more, perhaps the Mongols might have taken over so much of Europe earlier than the Muslims, after which it might were Asia vs. the Middle East. Or perhaps Europeans might have united beneath any other, awesome (expectantly secular) ideology, and the sector might were manner larger off with out Christianity. I can not say for certain. There are too many variables, and human recreation is simply too unpredictable.
