A tv show long ago interviewed a guy who had an ad on his car. The contract stated he had to drive a certain mileage distance each week and at certain times of the day.
Don't pay to join a website! Definitley BOGUS! FAKE!
You can always check with the www.bbb.org first about these companies.

The fee indicates a con. There are companies that do this, but you need a very specific make and model of car and you also have to commute in a desirable area, and drive enough daily miles to make it worth their while.
You just need to find the companies that do not charge the car owners, but make their money providing a list of people who own car x for a fee to companies.

Sounds iffy to me. But you can take gas and mileage off on your taxes the end of the year in a self business. Jennifer

Anything where you have to pay a fee upfront is very likely to be a scam.
