Global warming may be real. The causes of global warming is where the problem lies. So far, I feel the reactions to the potential global warming are misquided. Global warming has happened before (naturally -- without the aid of humans) and it will happen again after we kill ourselves off.

Here's the real deal: If someone makes us believe that humans contribute to global warming and if they come up with a potential study, someone, somewhere can make money off of the panic. If, on the other hand, global warming is natural -- say a warming of the sun, anomaly in earth's orbit, or even naturally-caused greenhouse gasses, then no one can make any money or get people to panic in order to scare them into wanting to donate to research or whatever.

The way global warming is currently being perpretrated on us is a scam, a ripoff, and just not true.

Global warming IS real. It is part of the Earth's life cycle. Now, can it be stopped? The answer is NO -- But we can slow down the process.

It is evident that with the increase of earth's average temperature and the increasing sea level, more strong storms are formed. Tornadoes occur more often in places that hardly get tornadoes. Places in the tropic zone get more cool days than usual -- just like how those in the arctic region get more hot days than usual.

The only way to stop global warming is to get all of the greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere, which is clearly IMPOSSIBLE.

So yes global warming is real, because it is happening.

There is no debating that global warming is real. All you have to do is look at a graph of the average global temperature for proof:

There is some debate about whether or not humans are causing the warming, but virtually all climate scientists agree that human greenhouse gas emissions are the primary cause of the current global warming:

It's real but is natural. The earth has temperature shifts throughout it's 4 billion year history.

Should we live green and healthy? Yes, but not because of global warming. Global warming is just an excuse for liberals and poor scientists to make $ and get votes. Sad really, very sad... Scaring uninformed people for their own profit...

It's good we didn't have great technology during the last Ice Age. Cleveland would be under a mile of ice and libs would be protesting in Kentucky to "Save the Glacier."

Don't feel whatever you learn and simplest one million/two of what you spot. Of path, Global warming is truly. The final Ice age has long gone away, has it now not? So, we need to have worldwide warming. Do men and women give a contribution to worldwide warming? Probably a few small quantity, in any case we ARE Warm and we breath in oxygen and breath out CO2, we need to be facet of the predicament. What is Al Gore going to do approximately it? Kill a entire lot of men and women? Invariably that's what Socialists do once they take manage of a nation. Is that higher than destroying their economic climate and inflicting thousands to starve to loss of life?

I'd rather ere on the side of caution and believe that it is real, and start trying to do something about it now than say it is a lie and do nothing only to find out too late that was indeed a REAL problem. Kinda like being an atheist and dying and finding out that there was a GOD after all.

Coming out of the Little Ice Age, the coldest global period in the last 6000 years, we have experienced only 0.7C temperature rise over the last 150 years. Sounds like the end of the world already...

There is too much that is not quite "right" about Global Climate Change as it is being presented today:

How real is something that exists only in computer models that cannot even agree with each other?

How real is something that only holds up in the computer models during the night, but is invalid during the day?

How real is something that only holds up in the computer models over land but is invalid over the majority of the Earth (oceans)?

How real is something that only holds up in the computer models for the Northern Hemisphere and not the Southern?

How real is something that acknowledges the principle Greenhouse gas (water vapor) but excludes it from computer models because they cannot quantify it?

How real is something that favors ground-based stations and all the individual biases which can quickly compound errors over state-of-the-art thermal sensing satellites?

We could go on, but I'm having trouble trying to find the "real" part of global warming. I'll leave deciding whether it is BS or not up to you.

Bob types to much. He may be on steroids

That crazy cult called scientist says its real, so I'm going to go with them. The right wing tries to hide the truth because there greedy, and the far right wants to bring on the end of the world, and believe Earth changes are a sign.

Even if global warming wasn't real (I personally believe it is), why do people need a reason to be responsible and respectful of the environment.
