I love joe boxer socks!! they are very comfy and really cute. my son (2.5) and my step son (4) and step daughter (5.5) all wear them. our kids are young, so in the summer we usually go with sandals that strap. but also tennis shoes. my mom actually still buys my son stride rites (she's a shoe snob...lol), but sketchers, adidas, new balance, nike, etc. are all really cool too. my step son loves the light up shoes of any kind, but i don't know how old your kids are!!! :) I'd def recommend joe boxer socks, though! they're great. you get them at k-mart.

LOL Are you kidding? Go to Wal-mart and get some simple tennis shoes and white socks. Take the kid with you and let them pick out what they want. They ought to know what their friends are wearing. Or, have a play date with a neighbor and check out what their kids are wearing.

I think the most appropriate type of shoes for boys to wear to school is sandals. On day when they have PE, they should wear gym shoes.
