pissdownsatansback: If you'd like an example of idiocy, look no farther than a mirror. A belief in the supernatural is the equivolent of a belief in the "I don't know". Which in terms of understanding, is useless and effectually hinders the scientific and technological progression of humankind.

I like the Atheists....but I do think their knowledge would do better in other sections, its pretty much wasted in here. Its like talking to a wall in here sometimes. But they have great arguments, I wouldn't want any of them to go....

I love R&S. The delusionals make me feel better about my own life.
you provide the necessary mental beatings that ALL (not most, ALL. yes, ALL. i'll say it again, ALL) religious folks routinely need. so stick around.
My Answer: Wow, you sound like a real bunch of great humanitarians. Good thing you're around to keep us violent and hateful religous people in check.

That stuff is boring. We Christians are fun. It's not everyday that you guys find people that really love you.
Evoloutionary (evolutionary) Psychology - What is that?? Are you telling me that the Evolutionary biologists need a psychiatrist now? We have them totally confused with Creationism. We have a Deliverance Ministry that can help them. Just trying to help!!

That would be wonderful but I find very few of the atheists on here that could move on to any of those topics. Most atheists I know are intelligent people but for some reason this place brings out the worst of both sides.

Why do folks choose to believe everything came from nothing without God. How can anyone believe THAT???
"Evoloutionary Psychology" makes sense. Why doubt the obvious truth of a higher power.
THAT is a "faith" that requiires more trust than all of us Christians put together.

i'm not an athiest, but i'm almost dangerously anti-religious. i think this forum needs you guys. you provide the necessary mental beatings that ALL (not most, ALL. yes, ALL. i'll say it again, ALL) religious folks routinely need. so stick around.
i don't believe in a "God" as understood by religion. but i do believe in a higher being. i'm not sure that he started this all, nor do i think he's a good dude/dudette or an evil one. but i think there is something higher. it could very well be nature itself.

Why move to something that has fact, scientific evidence and intellectual substance when all this R&S just lets people make stuff up?

You have fun with that. I don't see what I'm doing as wasting time. I don't have to be serious for another week when college starts again.
