Think about it. God didn't even make the Bible. The Bible was made back when marriage was a father selling his daughter to the man who offered him the most money. Wouldn't God be much with us having sex with people who we actually love, even if we're not married?

God says to keep the marriage be sacred. And He also says
1 Corinthians 6:18 (Whole Chapter)
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body

1 Corinthians 7:2 (Whole Chapter)
Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband

1 Thessalonians 4:3 (Whole Chapter)
For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:

Even if u do it with a person that u love there are still consequences.....for example a pregnancy...if it happens in a marriage it's ok because u r married. Also if there was no fornication of adultery do u think there would be STD's?? NO because everyone would only have ONE partner...the way God wanted it to be. Make sense??

There's alot of practical reasons for this as well as most of the other rules in the bible. These rules all benefit society and the health of the population. If you want reasons that you shouldn't have sex before a committed relationship, just flip through some questions in the singles and dating part of YA.
BTW, I think if you guys were serious enough to make a comittment to stay together for the purpose of raising children, supporting each other as you age, etc. God would consider you married. Your spouse is more than your lover. It's you pit crew when you're sick, injured, working hard, raising kids. It's supposed to be a team effort. Sex outside of this ruins a good thing. It all works out very nicely when you play by the rules.

Here's what I think God has against premarital sex: 1. Heartache when the relationships fail and the people have already been close enough to have sex. 2. One person pretending to be in love with the other (lying) just to have sex without any commitment (Come on, you know it happens -- not every premarital relationship is true love!) 3. Babies conceived in unstable relationships (nothing like getting pregnant to quickly bring a dating relationship to an end). 4. Loss of value for marriage, a Sacrament established by God for the protection and nurturing of men, women and children 5. Increased sexually transmitted diseases (virgins who marry and stay faithfully married don't get diseases like people who have multiple sex partners outside of marriage)

God is the author behind the bible, he directed the disciples who wrote it. God does have something against about sex before marriage because he said that our body is the temple of God, it is gift that we give to our future spouse, and it is against the six commandment " thou shall not commit adultery" and it is one of the deadliest sins.

Romans 12:1
[ Living Sacrifices ] Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship

God is against premarital sex because it reduces the value of the daughter about to be sold into slavery. Apparently virgins are worth more.

Many ideas from the bible are outdated, personally with me, if you are a loving couple of age, consensual safe-sex, is not harming anyone.

Side-note, if he was against, do you think he would of made it feel so good??? =P
