Theoretically you can. It's rare to get salmonella in home kitchens. Usually people get it from restaurant food. If your eggs are fresh, you're probably safe. You can buy pasturized eggs that are totally safe to eat raw. You could also leave the eggs out if you're just planning to eat the dough.

If the eggs are infected than you can get salmonella. You can get it from a little bite. The likely hood is dependent on your egg source.

Eating raw anything containing eggs is not a good idea. Unless you are making the dough from scratch, and know that the eggs are very fresh, you're taking a chance. It is possible however, that prepared packaged dough has been pasturized or processed to prevent poisoning.

Yes you can, but first the egg has to be contaminated with salmonella. That fortunately isn't that big a problem in the US. So yes, you do take a chance, but it is a small one.

The chances are so small as to be almost impossible.
Almost!
One egg in 10,000 may have Salmonella.
People who are very young or very old and have vulnerable immune systems may get an upset stomach. You'll get sick from worrying about it before you'll get sick from getting it!
You're chances are like winning the Salmonella lottery, not losing it!

Possibly but be careful. I did have salmonella poisoning once (from chicken at a restaurant!) and it is SO painful. I was very ill for almost three weeks. I ended up in the hospital.
