I'm adding on to everyone's tuna casserole---Just make a box of macaroni and cheese, add a can of cream of...soup (I use broccoli because I do not like mushrooms), a can or two of drained tuna and a cup of frozen peas. Mix well, dump into a casserole dish, cover with a mixture or bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter, bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until browned.
Ever have salmon cakes with canned salmon? You can do the same with tuna. Just drain a couple cans of tuna, and some lemon juice, a finely chopped onion, parsley, an egg, salt and pepper and bread crumbs. Form in to patties and shallow fry in a little olive oil.

I found this recipe on the Food Network's website; I've made it several times, since my boyfriend liked it so much. I usually throw in some capers & dill, and substitute shallots for the onion (I like a milder flavour).
Tuna Burgers
2 (6-ounce) cans solid white tuna, drained
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped pimento, optional
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, and egg, and stir lightly. Add the onion, celery, pimento (if using), lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, and pepper, and mix again. Form the mixture into 4 patties. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties, covered, until golden brown. Carefully flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes. Finish baking in the oven until golden brown.
I've served them with an avocado sauce (really just a modified guacamole), but they're also fine plain. It's great with a simple pasta side dish and a salad.

My personal favorite for canned tuna:
Tuna + Mayo + Sweet Relish + Crackers = nice little snack.
If you want a hot dish, I suggest a tuna noodle casserole, but if you're in a hurry, check out the boxed foods area of your grocery store for Tuna Helper, that has your noodle and sauce all in one box and the Alfredo broccoli one isn't that bad.
Quickie tuna noodle casserole:
1 Box Mac and Cheese (Kraft would be best)
Cook according to directions on the box, though I think you only need 5 minutes on the pasta once you add it to the water.
Mix Mac and Cheese according to package directions and add a can of drained peas and a can of drained tuna. Stir and warm through. I serve this with a fresh biscuit.

Tuna Casserole
1 can of tuna
1 can of peas and carrots (drained)
1 can of cream of celery (broccoli, mushroom, whatever) soup
enough noodles to fill half the casserole dish
shredded cheddar cheese
cook the noodles one minute less than they are supposed to be cooked, while they are cooking mix together the canned ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the noodles and add them to the bowl, stir well. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover in aluminium. Cook in oven for 40-60 minutes at 400C. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving!

Easy and fast
cook some pasta up and drain ( any kind will do, but I like elbow maraconi)
add a can of drained tuna, a can of cream of mushroom soup and mix together with some salt and pepper. Top with crushed potato chips and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
Cheap, easy and good.

tuna salad-drain 1 can of tuna, add 2 tbsp. miracle whip or mayonnaise, 1 tsp. french's yellow mustard, 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, about a tablespoon minced onion and 1 rib celery, sliced thinly. Allow to chill 20-30 minutes before using. Great on sandwiches or on crackers
Tuna noodle casserole- Boil 1 bag of egg noodles according to directions. In the colander, add 1 cup frozen peas and pour pasta and water overtop, this will cook the pease. Allow to drain for 6-7 minutes, return noodles to pan or to a large bowl. Add 2 cans of tuna (do not drain), 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
