I wear contacts and sunglasses to ride my motorcycles. Always have. In fact, never ride a motorcycle without some type of eye protection, such as sun glasses, a face shield goggles etc. It may sound funny, but a bee in your eye at 50mph can blind you. Not to mention gravel etc.

yeah you can wear them with some other form of protective eyewear i.e. riding glasses or goggles.
it is good as far as you have better peripheral vision
