What is a failure to appear considered? Misdemeanor or minor non traffic?

There is no specific number. A lot will depend on how long ago they happened, what they were for and details of the case. The only way to find out for sure is to speak to a recruiter. It's still free :)

It depends. When considering a potential enlistee for any kind of waiver the 'whole person' is going to be evaluated to see if the quality of the enlistee justifies accepting the risk that the potential issue that must be wavered will resurface after enlistment.

For example - a potential enlistee with a GED and bare minimum test scores is much less likely to get a waiver than somebody with a diploma and high test scores.

I think the army allows 5 misdemeanors and 1 felony but the nature of the crimes are considered.

Its a case by case bases. The Army offers Waivers each offense will require a waiver. Depending on your recruiter and how hard he works there easy to get. So really there is not limit

doesnt really matter how many Misdemeanors a person has if the Army wants you and your recruiter will do the paper work he can get you in.

Now felonies are a different story.

fta is considered a misdemeanor i believe. the best way to find out if u have to many misdemeanors is to talk to a recruiter.
