spider bite dream?

i had a dream that i was changing into my friends clothes and there happen to be a medium sized black and white spider but it was pretty huge for a medium sized one. and it was crawlling all around my body and i tryed getting it off and got a huge bite on my left hand that looked like track marks and im just wondering what it meant. i was freaked out in my dream and my hand felt like it was numb in real life
