Hi,
Don't worry, that's a perfectly acceptable weight - just right! If you want to build up a '6 pac' you have to do it gradually. You should swim regularly (i.e. daily) and do other exercises like that: weight lifting is another option. You need to eat a good healthy diet with a lot of protein and vitamins in it. Of course, don't be misguided into thinking that you are overweight once you have your '6 pac' because your muscles will be larger and could be, therefore, misleading.
Good luck,
Lorna

An adult male with a medium frame and 6'2" tall should weigh 190 - 194. At 6'3" he should weigh 196 - 200.

A few pounds lower for a teen is okay, but you are a bit underweight.

For a 6-pack, work your abs. You can do a search online for ab exercises to find out the options and some sites have pictures or video to show you proper form.

No because according to Reader's Digest, that's the average weight for males ages 14 - 18.

You are not overweight. I would just concentrate on toning your muscles, if you want a 6 pack.
