I don't know if that's necessarily true. It believe that outgoing girls are usually very approachable, so maybe that makes them more accessible. However, most of these tend to be whores, too.
Shy girls are usually good girls who are definitely worth dating. However, sometimes guys may be afraid of them because they believe that they are not good enough for a nice girl, and settle for a whore. It takes a greater effort to approach a shy girl, and some guys are just plain lazy.

They like shy girls if they notice and get to know them. The only problem is most guys don't notice the shy ones since they keep their mouths shut.

guys like all girls even shy girls. thing is a shy girl gives off she will say no if he asks her out. Boys do not like being told no when asking a girl out. What a shy girl has to do is work on being a Little more friendly so boys thing she my say yes not no if asked out

Yeah, I don't think it's so much that she's shy - it's that she's not out there to be noticed. It's the same for shy guys.

guys that don't like shy girls most time know if she is shy she wont let you touch anything or get any where with them so most guys unless shy or immature themselves stay away from shy girls...most guys like girls that are open talkative and out going...most shy girls wont dress sexy or show any skin...so i think you get the picture. why most guys don't like shy girls..

most guys like a girl who is outgoing or has a great personality because they think they are fun to be with or they just want a fling, a more shy person also wants to have fun has a great personality but doesn't show it and doesn't just want to hook up but go on a date.

Well, I don't consider myself shy, but I'm not exactly obnoxious - what about just sort of quiet? lol. I think I'm a good person; my overwhelmingly loud-mouthed and psycho friends are the perfect balance for me! lol. I would hope some guys would like to date girls like me!
