Yes. Jesus said, "I came not to save the righteous (for they're already saved) but the LOST." Where else could a sinner go to get salvation? I know we as Christians go there for spiritual refreshing, comfort, worship, and even chastisement, but sinners are to be welcomed too or Christ's light will truly be unable to shine!
