Outlook express proglem?

i was haveing proglems setting up my outlook express email because u had to tell what your POP3 And SMTP Portocols are can any one tell me how to find out what they are

You didn't mention what your email-provider was. Go the provider website and look there. It's usually under pop3 email-setup or the faqs.

best to call ISP

but u can try "pop3.xxx.ddd" and "smtp.xxx.ddd"
where xxx.ddd is the @ portion of your email address.

if it is a roadrunner account, replace pop3 with pop3-server and smtp with smtp-server.

You dont say what kind of email address it is you are trying to add. You can find a list for most providers here http://www.answersthatwork.com/ISP_pages/isps.htm

you would have to call the internet provider that u have and ask them. they will give them to u.
