Hmmm... the only things I can think of are pretty deadly:

1. Severe brain damage

2. Decapitation

3. Death by any other means.

I don't believe it's possible to "erase" your memore "instantly," other than by drastic measures such as these.

Unless, of course, you have some kind of keyboard attached to your head and you can "format C:" on yourself.

Don't be ridiculuous, your brain is not a hard drive and if you COMPLETELY erase your memory you wont even know that you did so what's the point? I dont even want to give you any ideas that you may try to attempt

Fall down a flight of stairs and hit your head on every step. Or a car crash? Perhaps even a motor boat incident. That lady is right, your brain isn't a harddrive. Although, there is something to be said for hypnosis; but you have to believe it's going to work.

A stroke (blood clot in the brain shutting off oxygen) can cause instant, partial, or near total memory and skill loss.
It frequently can also cause loss of knowing how to speak.

Are you seeking to erase your data from your hard drive? You can fdisk the hard drive then reinstall your OS and let it reformat the drive. You should write over your entire disc several time with random data several times -- Totally reinstall you OS. As to price --- see what various place are selling them in your area.

Have you tried:
-hypnosis?
-binge drinking?
-hitting yourself in the head with a hammer?

Here's a good one. Watch some soap operas. Everyone on those seems to get amnesia. Why don't you try what they did.

Just supress your unhappy thoughts. That's the American way.

Impossible as i have learnt. Tried many ways but bar a brain operation to remove my memory totally. Sorry, you have to learn to live with these memories however unpleasant they may be. UNFORTUNATELY.......... :((( If there was a way i would have found it by now.............
