1) Alphabetical order
2) Take the first letter off from every single word and it is spelled same forward and backwards (for ex: banana-get rid of the b and you have anana and if you spell it backwards, it makes anana
3) They are all in alphabetical order
4) They all have 2 of the same letter in each( banana -n
dresser-s grammar- m potato-t)

Move the first letter to the end of the word, then spell it backward. Each word reads the same!

Without the first letters the words are PALLINDROMES in other words they read the same backwards and forwards .
Or put the first letter to the end and they read the same backwards.
