Why would a 20 year old guy want to be with a 15 year old girl?

Most likly the older dude was the shy, nice, not brilliant with girls, studius, piossibly nurdy type.

Who so far has had a lousey time trying to get girlfriends and been hurt a lot as started late when all the girls his age were way ahead.

Bit like you want teenagers to wait... well theres the results.
Those with strict or over protective parents bring up boys who missed the boat.

And no good at chatting up or being all bad boy.


Therfore as have had hardly any dates , maybe a virgin or as good as and basically a beginner who would come here asking questions like how to you tell if a girl likes you

or what do girls like etc etc.


is really not all that different to the almost 16 year old who also probably has hardly done any dates and mayeb a little 3rd base stuff.

Probably sharing the same interests in music, playing around, he still probably likes things like quasar games (ie laser tage arena) and wants somone to play with as mates all into just getting drunk and stoned in the same pub all the time.


In reality just as somone is a bit older does not mean they are preditory or only into sex.

You can be that way the same age ie 15/16 just like all those teenagers currently shooting other teenagers (think the London body count is 17... not to mention all the muggers, bullyies, drug dealers and general 15 year old thugs)

Then you have those 16 year old drug trafficers who tried to smuggle £300,000 or cocaine/heroin out of Ghania.

So Their may be the sent of fish but have a closer look to see if its just a case of shes a bit mature for age and the guys her age are loosers, hes simply a bit behind his peere, they both really like each other and yes as a couple both will fancy each other and want to kiss, paw, do bjs and possible have sex eventually when they feel right just like any other couple including two 15 year olds.

Only being older hopefully he has a bit more sense condom wise.


Really a few weeks later she could be working in the same supermarket he is as they both study and all that departmant are work mates who hang out together and the older ones just look out for the younger ones.


Plus we were clubbing each week in nightclubs from 16 as the rock/skatepunk ones were easy going from about 16 upwards and the police supported it as there was never any toruble in this music scene.

There are plenty of 15 year old self styled virgin surgeon gang member types as well and nice ones just like there are plenty of nice but immature 20 year olds and All of my mate groups from 16 upwards mixed 16 though 20s and nobody thought anything bad of it at all.


As we all did all the same thinggs, into the same music only parties around the older ones places as they had the sahred houses not living with mum.

Granted she is a minor and he is not and they are at different stages in their life so I really do not think it would work anyway. I would just like to point out that the publicly accepted age difference in couples changes as age of both increases. It sounds fishy to me too. Either the guy is immature and stupid or the girl is extremely mature and fast. My advice to the girls parents would be to step up to the plate and put a halt to this relationship before it gets out of hand. Tell the young man that he better stay away or else you will make his life miserable. Monitor her comings and goings, watch her like a hawk. In other words, stay on her butt. Do not let up for a moment until she turns 18 years old. Do not be like R. Kelly. He has a history of dating young girls and getting in a heap of trouble. The guy is facing 15 years in the penitentiary. It is so not worth it.

if she was 19 and he was 24 or if she was 22 and he was 27, no one would say anything because they are both over the legal age.
he may be a pedo but we cant assume that because she is younger then him, i think the problem in society nowadays is that we have to many pedo's and perv's out there and it has effected everybodys attitude- we all have low expectations and are pessimistic, me included. and we assume that everyone is guilty of wanting something and going to any lengths to get it. we no longer look for the good in people.
i hope whoever this 15 year old is, she is not a pushover who is unable to stand up for herself.
and either this 20 year old really likes her or he is just plain stupid and wants to get caught for having a unnecessary relationship with an under-age person- considring you know who he and she is.

Hasnt it always been a bit like this?
I remember my teenage years and I don't know a single girl who even looked twice at a boy her own age! We thought them immature and boring.
I, of course, was such a girl; my first boyfriend was 3 years older than me, my next about the same, and one was in his mid-twenties when I was 17.
So I am looking at this through the eyes of the 15 year old girl.
Girls that age are growing up faster than their male counterparts. Dating is more than a sexual experiment - it is about all kinds of education that is normally taboo and not easy to obtain.
Everyone thirsts for knowledge, and there is a certain kind of knowledge when we are teens that cannot be obtained from books or films or anything else. It is about street knowledge, and without that, you can never be cool.
So why would a 20 year old boy want to be with a 15 year old girl? Well, probably because she is so into everything about him - he is her lover, brother, father, best-friend, guru and spiritual guide all rolled into one young guy. Who can resist that kind of devotion and adoration?
Certainly an 18 year old girl wouldn't give him that!
The 15 year old will take, take and take what education she needs from this sweet boy, and when she has depleted her resources for knowledge of the male species in him, she will tenderly leave him and move on to an older man.
Our broken hearted but slightly relieved guy will be left with unsurpassable memories of love and adventure.
A 15 year old girl already has the body and hormones of a woman and she is looking for someone to teach her all those things she won't learn in school.
Anyone who thinks this is unnatural is contributing to so many social problems!
So why would it be better if the 20 year old guy dated a 20 year old woman? Isn't that so rare? Think then, why it is rare! They are not mentally the same age.
Is it wrong or strange for a 30 year old woman to be with our 20 year old guy? I say no.
Why can't everyone just live and let live?
The 15 year old girl will probably never marry this guy; never, ever. She isn't looking for that. But somewhere in her future, when she is, say, 35, she might fall madly in love with a 60 year old man and marry him .... that happens all the time and who complains about it?
Or she might fall for a 25 year old.
So what is the issue? Legal age of consent?Which is what? Differs from culture to culture, society to society.
And sure, he could like her for her personality. She is at a peak of passion - he is already fading, especially if he is working already. She is full of daring schemes and wondrous dreams and impulsive adventures, which he hasn't quite forgotten. Probably she is well-read and her brain-cells haven't been addled by over-use of alcohol or drugs. Has great teeth, is full of energy and vitality, is emitting the right kind of chemical scents .... what's not to like?

I would imagine for the same reason that a 25 year old, would want to be with a 20 year old. I think 15 is young - but 20 isn't old... so as long as they're not doing anything sexual, I don't see a HUGE problem with it.

I doubt it. Just think about it, he has so much more experience than she does, it jsut doesnt seem possible. He is probably looking to get some. If girls his own age wont date him and he has to resort to a little girl, what does that say about him??
i know people call him a pedophile and that's just dumb, at 15 she is a making a decision that she is old enough to make so he wont be raping her really, but he is probably using charm to win her over and make her belive that he is falling in love with her when he actually just wants one thing.

Don't think this is the true meaning why this guy likes her.He is robing the cradle and knows this girl is still a kid and don't understand what could happen to her.Wouldn't want to be in his shoes if she becomes pregnany,as could be arrested for contributing to the delienquincy of a minor,or rape for that matter.
