It's spelled Tattoo, and you have to have a parent or legal guardian with you to get pierced underage.
Some shops won't pierce people that are under 18.
I dunno about the laws in NC, but some states require you to be 16 to get certain piercings. (Virginia is one)

To go get a piercing under the age of 18 your legal guardian has to be with you. They have to show ID and they have to sign and many places require they stay with you the entire time. Here in Ohio a lot of places won't touch you until you are least 16.
You are only 3 years away from 18 - if you still want it then go get it.
If your reason for wanting your nose pierced is something other than "all my friends have it done" sit down and talk with them [your parents] reasonably. Throwing a fit and whining at them will not further your cause.
Something I have learned about nose piercings - not from experience but from observation ...
They hurt pretty bad and they bleed a lot.
I'm not downing piercing - I have a couple cartilage piercings and my lip is pierced. I think nose piercings look great on women - just cannot work up the courage to get it done myself. I am getting my hood pierced sometime this week - easier to consider than letting him stick a needle in my nose.

Until you are 18 you need your parents permission at the time of the piercing. Doesn't matter what state you live in, you must be 18 to get anything on your own. A shop that will pierce you without a parent there as a minor should not be gone to. Sorry, wait it out or try talking to them about it. Legally, you can not and legally is the only way piercings or tattoos should ever be done. Sorry dear, parents can be a bummer at times.

You're parents are being really smart. At 15, you do not realize that ten years from now you probably won't want that hole in your nose. You cannot go to any tattoo place to get it done without a parent's consent because it is illegal. At 15, no tattoo shop will even do the piercing because you have to be at least 16 with a parent there. Both of you will need state IDs, as well. You should listen to your parents and wait until you're 18, then you can do whatever you want.

Anywhere that will tattoo a 15 year old is NOT the place to get a tattoo. Wait til you're 16, talk it over with your parents, and see wether or not they're willing to come with you to get it done. The law may be 16 without parents consent, or 18. Find out from friends or tattoo parlours. Good luck

Youre under 18. You can only go get a piercing at a tattoo parlor with an adult. Youll also need a state ID and your parents will need their ID too. Just be warned though, some wont even touch you under 16

You are only 15, you have to have parental consent to do anything to your body. If the tattoo parlor's employee's do actually pierce you then your parents can come back and sue them for it later, as well as get you in alot of trouble. So dont be so stupid! Just wait til youre 18!
