Binge drinking will never ever be healthy.
Maybe you wonder whether it was the weather.
Yeah! It was the humidity! That's it!

You shouldn't have been drinking. Let me tell you, this is going to be with you for the rest of your life. Ma bye until you learn to make smarter choices and NOT DRINK AT ALL! I don't know how you people think its safe to do. What is it going to take for you to realize how horrible alcohol is? Your own funeral? Not only are you hurting yourself, but I can almost guarantee as a medical major that you are most likely going to encounter serious medical problems because of even ONE shot. One whiskey shot is enough to drown out and deactivate your own liver as well as put pressure on your brain and that is what made you feel the way you did. Your hurting yourself, your family, and the guy you kissed. So is it worth it?

You made out with a guy. So what? You were just having some fun. Don't feel bad unless you were cheating

However, don't spread any bad feelings by being a jerk to the guy. If you see him or he calls, just tell him you were having some fun, that you thought he was a good kisser, but that you're not looking for any attachments. Just a little pump to the guys ego will go a long way. He'll appreciate it and respect you more for it and he won't bad mouth you all over town (unless he's a total jerkoff anyway)

(sing it) 'Cause makin' out is fun to do-oo...

Too late to feel bad about what's already happened. You can't un-ring that particular bell. Your own instinct is telling you that it was a bad choice of behaviour. Mark it up to a lesson learned, and make a firm decision not to repeat it. If you keep going down that same road, sooner or later you will hurt yourself, your family and a lot of other people. You know that, so straighten up and fly right from hereon.

Why theres nothing you can do to turn back the clocks and change things so its better to forget about it and try not getting so drunk next time.

Feel badly about getting drunk, not the guy. As long as you didn't drive home that way, it's fine. If it bothers you, don't do it again. Simple.

It up to what you think, if you like doing stuff like that np. If you have a boyfriend maybe you shouldn't drink whiskey at the bar

Why would there be anything wrong, unless he's a creep?, Maybe you even stumbled on a good thing. Remember the lyrics to that song, "Get Back", 'She gets it while she can'.

Yeah, we all do things when were drunk that we wouldn't have done randomly when we're sober. Just let it go and laugh about it. Don't feel bad, just think twice next time you do it. =)

That will depend on whether or not you used protection and whether you end up pregnant.
If neither apply, then just put it down to drunkeness and try not to do it again!
