You sure will! It worked for me. I didn't do those particular exercises for toning, I used different ones, but I walk an hour a day, drink lots of water and green tea (not bottled stuff, real home brewed tea), and I eat healthy and I have lost weight, toned up, and I feel happy and healthy! I encourage you to go for it. Take it easy at first so you don't make yourself sore and tired, because that will discourage you. Just start with 20 minutes the first couple of days, then 30 for a few days, then 40, 50, and then an hour. Same with your toning exercises, and you can do those every other day, not every day for best results. Good luck!

Any activity beyond what you are currently doing will help you lose weight. Walking a mile will burn approximately 100 calories. Assuming you walk an average speed of 3MPH, you will burn 300 calories per session X 6 days per week = 1800 calories. Since a pound of fat = 3500 calories, you would lose about 1/2 pound per week doing just the walking. Crunches, situps, & pushups will all build strength, but not help specifically toward weight loss. Jumping jacks is a great combination cardio and strength exercise which will burn a significant number of calories. For weight loss, I'd recommend doing some type of cardio 5-6 days per week for 30-60 minutes per session. Rather than walking everyday for the same length of time, you should mix things up. Have some easy long walks, but also kick it up a notch and try hill walking or speed walking for a shorter period, perhaps 30 minutes. You could also do intervals between walking and jogging. The key is to constantly vary your routine. Your body will become accustomed to the demands placed upon it. If you constantly vary your routine, your body will burn more calories and you will be conditioning your heart too. I'd also suggest adding strength training 2-3 days per week with a day of rest between sessions. If you don't have access to a gym, there are a number of body weight exercises you can do. Pushups, crunches, lunges, wall squats, and chair dips are a few good examples. Of course, be sure to eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water.

Its very possible.. it really depends on how much your weigh right now.. if you are overweight and possibly out of shape then this should kick start your metabolism so that is burns calories faster and when it run out of food that you have eaten in normal proportions then it iwll go for the fat

On the other hand if you are already in shape and a normal weight then it will help you to just be healthy and might not effect your actual weight.. because walking is not as well effective as running. If you are in shape then this diet and excercise will help you feeel beetter to where you have more energy and be a happier personl. hope this helps

If you control calorie intake, yes, walking will help.

Bear in mind that walking doesn't burn a LOT of calories, so you can still gain weight if you're not careful about how much you put in your mouth.

Eating 'healthy' isn't enough. Quantity matters.

Work out smarter not harder.

You must let your muscle rest for 24 hours. It is recommended to work out for an hour a day, every other day...You are doing good, now...But take longer between workouts...You can resume your routine of everyday workouts after you reach your target..weight
