As for drinks, I love frozen daiquiris and margaritas -- just no alcohol added for the ones to be served at your party. I also love congas, which are a mix of 2-3 different fruit juices (it could be orange- cranberry- lemon- pinneapple- peach- strawberry), you can even create your own combinations.... fruit smoothies is a good idea as well.
Finger food.... try this one: flatten some bread slices (till they're very thin and somewhat stiff, but still flexible) and put a slice of ham and a slice of american cheese on each one of them (you can put a little mayonnaise if you like it too)......... roll each slice individually and cut in halves or even thirds so as to make tiny rolls, serve cold.
Have a nice party.

Raspberry sorbet in ginger ale - a virgin champagne cocktail!
Grenadine & 7up - a Shirley Temple.
Virgin daquiris, margaritas, & bloody marys. Just use the mix and ice.
Have on hand toothpicks, olives, marichino cherries, and cubed fruit like limes, berries, oranges or pinapple. A garnish on any drink makes a fancy cocktail.
Shrimp spread:
take 1 block of cream cheese on a plate. Cover with 1 tin tiny canned shrimp. Cover with cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with dill and lemon juice. Serve with Ritz crackers.
Antipasto salad:
In a bowl mix 1 package cherry tomatoes, halves; 1 can quartered artichoke hearts; 1/2 jar kalamata olives; 1 package mushrooms, washed & halved; thinly sliced shallot or red onion; snipped parsely. Dress with garlic salt and basalmic vinegar.
Antipasto meat salad:
In a bowl: 1 cup cubed hard salami, 1 cup pepperoni, slices cut in half; 1 cup cubed mozzerella cheese; 1/2 jar kalamata olives. dress with lemon juice, olive oil, and fennel seeds. Serve with toothpicks.
Get a package of frozen cream puffs and thaw. Yumm!!!!

Virgin Mary (Bloody Mary without alcohol) Shirley Temple i could be lots much less annoying to do a extra casual occasion because of the fact then you definately would desire to do a TON of mixed beverages, Margaritas and Pina Coladas for starters!

a variation on the shirley temple suggested earlier.....sprite (or ging. ale or 7up), orange juice, and grenadine, topped with a cherry. stir it up to make it a pink colour or leave the grenadine settled for a pretty layered effect :)
