Spinning and running are probably going to do the best as far as calorie burn in a short time. I burn about 600 in 1 hour of spinning, and just a little bit less with running for the same duration.
Make sure you do a robust resistance training regime as well. Building up muscles will help you to burn the fat more quickly. Group your muscles like this:
Day 1: chest and triceps
Day 2: back and biceps
Day 3: shoulders and legs
Do 3 exercises per muscle group each day. If you don't know how to properly do the exercises... hire a personal trainer for the short term to teach you how to do them properly.
Here is a link for exercises by muscle group:

Gyms will have barbell classes too, that mix cardio and resistance together... those are also quite good for you.
As far as food. Eat foods that have as few preservatives in them as possible. Eat 5-6 small meals a day, and don't drink anything other than plain water. Occasional skim milk is okay too. The fewer preservatives your food has, the more quickly and efficiently your body can digest and absorb the nutrients it needs.
You can also try the Fruit Flush - it's a 3 day detox that I use on occasion to help me curb my cravings and to flush out old retained water that makes my stomach look bloated.

The best way is to load up on fruits, veggies, complex carbs, and lean protein, all the while never eating below 1200 calories a day (1200-1500 is a good range). Wedding planning is very stressful (as you know), and you need to keep up your energy at this time.
For exercise, do some cardio, building up to 30-60 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Also, for toning, to some strength training, such as calisthenics (pushups, situps, etc.), weight lifting, or my personal favorite, Pilates. I love Winsor Pilates, especially the fat burning series. It tones and strengthens while providing a cardio workout.
Good luck and congrats on your wedding!

Your husband is going to marry you regardless of your weight, stop worrying. Your photographers are going to do an excellent job of making sure that they capture beautiful images, so don't worry. Everyone is going to notice how beautiful you are, and noone is going to care about your weight!
Only you do, and that's selfish. Only you worry, and that's selfish.
If you're serious, try getting a tan instead. It helps create an image that you've lost some weight. Get into a fitness habit as well, not to lose weight, but to be fit and active (more endurance for the honeymoon, excellent!). Aspire to get that, and you will feel so much better about yourself. And why not start now, and use the wedding as a stepping stone for better health? Start by walking a bit, and reducing your caloric intake by roughly 10% (200 calories, or 1 can of coke) per day. That should put you on a good start.

A sure way to lose five pounds in two weeks flat is to use a detox diet. This diet consists of nuts (unsalted), fruit, vegetables (no potatoes, corn, starchy foods), salads, and water. This washes all of the toxins out of your body. You should attain this diet for two weeks straight. You can eat as much of each thing as you want until you are fool.
Be careful, and watch your levels. Make sure you're getting enough protien through nuts, and potassium through bananas, etc.
It's not a bad diet, and I felt a lot better once I got through it. The first three days are the worst, but after that it's not so bad. Avoid dairy products, salty products, bread, etc. ONLY fruit, nuts, vegetables, and water.

RUN!! lots and lots of running and drink tons of water. its really good for your body and works faster than anything else. also eating a grapefruit before every meal was recommended by my friends nutritionist. she lost like 10 pounds. try to cut out 1 or 2 things that you eat regularly that is unhealthy like soda or chips or whatever. i dont really know what your diet is like but you get the idea.

You need to do a little cardio every day. Start with walking, but after the first week, you could vary it with running, swimming, or biking if you like. If you haven't been exercising start a little slow. Try 20 minutes a day for 2 days, then 30 minutes for the rest of the week. Then increase about 5 minutes a day til you're up to an hour if you have that much time, if not try for 45 minutes at least. But do start slow or you'll be sore and tired. Also, focus on healthy eating. Fruits, veggies, and whole grains should be the foundation of your diet, with a little lean meat and low fat dairy. Skip the soda and chips! Drink plenty of water, and green tea (not the bottled stuff, real home brewed green tea, you can ice it if you want to). Get plenty of rest, and in one week you'll feel great, which will make it easier to keep going! Please, please don't starve yourself! You want to be healthy and happy for your wedding day! Congratulations, and best of luck to you!

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc).... but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that
That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

Start immediately. Aerobics is the best route for fast weight reduction. Skipping, jogging, swimming are some of the best aerobics you can follow. There is a site that tells about your diet plan and aerobic exercise tips. Please refer.

The no-carb diet will make you loose weight fast. My dad did it and lost so much weight in just 3 weeks. And of course just general exercises.
