Bayside, Bay Terrace, Beechhurst, Auburndale, Murry Hill.

Bayside, Bay Terrace and Beechhurst are right next to the bridge. I live in Bayside and the bridge is like two mintues from me.

They are all pretty pricey areas of Queens though. But my friend just rented a 3 bedroom apt for 1800 if you are looking to share, renting wont be so bad.

If you are buying, try http://www.mlslirealtor.com/
They give you all the listings for Apts. and houses for sale.

Whitestone, College Point, Malba, Bay Terrace an Bayside. I think it is cheaper to live in either College Point, Whitestone or Bayside. Bayside is a large area so you should look in North Bayside. All these areas are max 10 mins from both bridges..

There are apartment buildings in Bayside. If you find them too expensive, try north Flushing.
