Sure. Instead of a tuna fish salad, it's salmon salad (also works with those cans of little baby shrimp...yum yum). Great with a little pickle relish in the mayonaise, plus lots of lettuce.

first of all it wouldn't be tuna fish sandwiches if you used salmon. second i've never tried tuna style sandwiches with salmon only fish cakes. i'm sure it's quite tasty, just be careful of the bones.

I do it all the time if you buy the salmon in the vacuum packs instead of the can mix it with a little mayo, sweet relish and salt and pepper for taste, also lightly toast your bread. It will taste wonderful . also I like to add baby spinach as a substitute for lettuce.

My mom used to make salmon sandwiches for us and I loved them. All she did is put it on butter white bread. She did not mix it with mayo but I think you could.

Yes, you can make salmon salad, it tastes good, but you have to make sure that it is really cold before you eat it, or it will not taste right.

Tastes great! A little diced onion, celery and some diced green bell pepper, mayo and a dash of lemon, ground black pepper and you're good to go. Try it on rye bread.
