just leave it, it will fade over time, you just need to stop scratching it, and if u need to cover it up just put a little bit of face powder on it. savlon cream is also good for speading up healing.

Maybe try dabbing a little hydrogen peroxide on a q tip and gently rub it into the red spot. That might take the redness down a little. Other wise I would suggest going to a cosmetics store and getting something for fading scars. If that doesn't work there's always laser treatments available. Also you could go to the consultation desk at your local pharmacy and ask a pharmacist they usually know best when it comes to medicine and treatments like that. Good luck!

Try Mederma - it's probably just a scar from the scratch and will fade somewhat over time. But Mederma will help it lighten more and faster.

Aside from that, you would have to see a dermatologist, and maybe some laser treatments would help.

Acne meds won't help a red scar. Try Mederma instead.

Also protect your scar from the sun if it gets sunburned it will remain red permanently

sounds like you popped a blood vessel, I've done it before on my face from scratching. But there is no way to fix it.

if you got a scratch there, it might be a scar. sometimes i get little red spots and eventually they turn into a mole (not cancerous lol) just a regular mole
