really, the key to losing weight & inches is:
eating five small meals a day (wanna start early in the day - never skipping breakfast- and keeping your metabolism moving all day) of high protein, low carb meals, drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz of water, and exercising. cardio is the best for leaning up.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
