How much do you weigh?
How tall are you?
What pant and top size?
On a scale of 1-10 what would you rate yourself?
Do you think you have a bad interpretation of body image?

I'm just curious about this.

I'm 21.
5'6" 135-140 lbs. (haven't weighed myself in a while)
Pant size: 6-8, depending on brand
Top size: S-M, depending on brand
My own rating? As in how I look? Eh...5 or 6

I think my interpretation is pretty accurate. I don't obsess about my or others' weight. I prefer to focus on what I'm giving my body for fuel and how I can be strong and full of energy -- if you don't take care of yourself, you can't take care of others. I want my body to take me through the long haul: working, having babies, caring for family and friends. I take care of it so that can hopefully happen.

People who abuse their bodies in order to look a certain way need to remind themselves what a gift the body is -- and how to serve the only one they'll ever have, so that it will carry them through the best (and worst) times of their lives.

I'm 22 Years old
I weigh 111 lbs
I'm 5'3
Pant size is a 1 to a 3
Top size Small or Extra-Small
I rate my self a 9 because although I'm not perfect I am happy with where I am. I'm a healthy young woman and mother, I feel that I shouldn't have a judgement on anyone till I am completely confident and happy with myself, and i am.

Everyone is a different person, so i don't think their sould be an interpretation of body image. Some people have the frame to be little and some have the frame to be bigger. Thats whats great about people, nobody is the same

4 years ago you would have to kill me before I would tell my weight... but here goes
I am 245
I am 6'0"
I wear between a 16 and 18 depending on the maker
I rate myself about a 6
I do not have a bad interpretation of body image, if anything I think I may see myself as better looking than I actually am.

The difference is my fitness level... I may be very far above my ideal body weight, but I still keep very active, and have even completed a full marathon! That kind of accomplishment keeps my confidence up. When I go for a length of time without working out, my confidence goes in the crapper, and I feel ugly again.

i weigh 114 pounds, my goal is 110 but if i don't feel as confident as i'd like to i'll aim for 105.
i'm 5 foot 2 and almost 16 years old, and female.
pantsize for me depends on the store, but a 6 or a 4.
my shiet size depends on the store too. in most stores i'm a small though.
i would rate myself a 7, i don't really like the way i look, but i came all the way down to 114 from 174 so i should probably shutup and be happy lol.

and yes, i have a very bad interpretation of body image; i let it control my almost every move.

hope i helped.

No. I think I look very good. I know that sounds conceited, but I'm happy with my body and with myself.

However, I'm not sure how relavant some of this is for me, as I'm eight months pregnant. Before my pregnancy, I was 170. I am not worried about having any extra weight as I'm still bony in areas. (I can still feel my hip bones and ribs and my rear bones still seem to poke through when I sit on a hard surface for too long and my lower back still seems to be quite bony.) Besides, extra fat will help with nursing.

I am happy with who I am, as I have said. That, I think, leads to good body image. I don't need to be bone thin or to believe the dribble of thin = pretty = equals = social acceptance. I'm blessed with a husband who loves me for me, not my body.

Wear size 33 pants with a belt. Like baggy clothes, could probably wear a 28-30.
Would rate myself a 10 right now.
People may think I am too skinny, but whatever.
Age- 20.

No.....I think I have a healthy image of body. I think the key for that is how one views and comments on others as well as self. People should shoot for healthy above all other goals.
good luck!

300lbs
6 ft tall
Size 24/Top 1-3X
How I rate myself- 9 (i think i'm pretty)
When i was in my 20s...I hated myself, and I wasnt "a big girl" back then either. I suffered from severe body dismorphic issues. But, i've done some major work with myself, developing a sense of spirituality, and it really works to boost self esteem.
Plus, like nephthys76 (above), I also exercise regularly and am a vegetarian.
