Hey, first to answer the question...YES you can drop to a size 8 in a month. How much weight you lose isn't so important. I would continue what you are doing and add a little more. If you can bump the cycling to 30-45 minutes or enhance with some running or very brisk walking (you can wear ankle weights to add resistance too). The crunches are good but I would add a bit there too...maybe do a bit of cardio to get heart rate up (cycling, jogging or jump-rope) even 15-20 minutes (you can do the remaining 15-25 minutes after you finish the other exercises or later in the day to have a total of 30-45) , then do the toning exercises...2-3 sets of 10 push-ups (make sure to hold that tummy in)....maybe 1 minute of jumping jacks...then do 1 minute of lunges or squats...hold in tummy and buttocks....1 more minute of jump rope, jumping in place or jumping jacks...finish with the abs....crunches are good but if you lay with body stretched out...lift feet to where the heels are almost to the ground (but not quite touching), raise arms over head (helps if you have a ball or even a cereal box or something of that sort)...the exersice.... THIS IS GREAT!!!! raise the feet and arms up to transfer the ball from hands to feet (meet in middle at waist area in air)...then bring feet & arms back to begining position (not quite touching floor)....these are great it doesn't take too many either...time yourself and do as many as you can in 1 minute...if you find that you aren't yet conditioned and want to do x number then I would say maybe 2-3 reps of 8-10....you will see results.
As for diet I would make sure you are eating small balanced meals, preferably every 3 hrs...salad and fruit is very good (watch the dressing though...lemon juice is great) but make sure to have lots of fresh veggies (without dip) and some lean protein (tuna is great) and a little low fat dairy...as a matter of fact a low fat yogart and an apple is a good breakfast or snack....another suggestion for breakfast would be a boiled egg and piece of wheat toast....whatever you like...stay away from fatty, fried and fast foods...drop the soda if you drink it....good luck...I hope this helps!!!!!

Let's see...sounds like you are over working out and starving yourself, so...whatever you loose, expect to gain it back and then some...
Sorry, if that sounds harsh, but that's the reality of crash dieting.
A healthy response would be more along the lines of eating balanced meals, fruits, veggies, grains, protein (preferably a vegetarian diet) with some fish, drinking a normal amount of water, for you, and taking two 20 minute "brisk" walks daily-- for about 5-6 days a week-- maybe even 7 days a week if being healthy is a lifestyle for you.
You might also ask yourself what is so terribly wrong with a size 10. If you are prepping for a wedding or special occassion, you'll be much happier wearing a dress (or suit if you are a guy) that actually FITS you and is comfortable.
Ask yourself what's so terribly wrong in choosing having fun over squeezing into a certain size.

To be honest you shouldn't focus on the scales too much, a better indication is how your clothes fit or how you look in the mirror.
going by what you're eating even though it's raw natural food, too much fruit can actually make you put on weight because at the end of the day it is still sugar, go for fruits which sugar is released more slowly into the body like apples, grapes, cherries. You need to include more protein into your diet like Chicken, Fish, Nuts and Pulses.
I'm not a fan of crash dieting...but if you eat 5 - 6 healthy meals (even snacks are classed as a meal) and do your 20 mins cycling on a empty stomach you'll find you get closer to your goal much quicker, this is because cycling on a empty stomach will force your body to burn muscle mass and fat, because it has no carbohydrates to use.
you can also find some supplements worth looking into at www.sculptrexfitsystem.co.uk

Your 56 kg is about 123 lbs, which means cutting weight might be difficult since you do not have alot of excess. But try adding lean protein foods into your diet, and cut out unnecessary carbs. I don't know your body frame, but if you think u can take it, increase the amount of water you drink and cut out all soda/ drinks containing sugar. Diet Green Tea (cold) also helps to speed up the metabolism. You have less to lose than I did, but I lost about 40 lbs over 5 months... I would say you could probably lose 5-10 lbs in that month which would probably be pretty good results.

There are variables such as what is your total calorie intake for each day, and at what speed are you cycling (to determine how many calories are burned).
You can use this site to determine your calories in versus calories burned daily http://www.freedieting.com/tools/ideal_body_weight.htm and then figure how long it will take you to burn 3500 more calories than you consume...for each 3500 deficit you'll lose 1 pound of fat.
