HEY GIRL.....Keep the faith.....I looked over some answers, there are guys that responded with confidence, with stats similar to your own. I was only going to mention, that a good group of the male species, never really acquire all of the qualities in a mate that you've listed. Myself, I'm too old for you, like I said, keep the faith........you sound very bright....stable too, stick to your guns, don't just "settle", you'll suceed!...................LATER>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yep. Go to e-Harmony. Worked for me.
My best friend is one of them, but you won't find any of them in bars, sporting events, or generally having fun in our culture today. Many of them get depressed by the constant pressure to try to be someone they aren't.

I was a Bass Guitar player in a rock band that didn't drink/drug party at all. I only went to a bar if they paid me to play. I had no use for the scene, clubbing, pop-culture, or participation in anything that wasted my time. More people feel that way than get credit, but e-harmony fixed me up with my wife, a stepdaughter that I adore, and now a 4 month old boy that I'm raising at home. Seems my wife couldn't find her match at a bar, club, or social event either...

At 20, though, it's more difficult, because most people don't know who they are yet, and are too undercooked to, er... eat.

Yes, there are actually men who value real relationships over random and meaningless interactions. I have always believed that personality was much more important than physical appearance. However, most people won't take the time to get to know someone if they aren't physically attracted to them also. You just have to keep looking. College is usually a good opportunity for such things.

of course but most men aren't like that so you have to look for the ones that are. You should get to know a person better go to dinner, but I wouldn't advise going home with him on the first night. Just be yourself

I think their are some good guys still left out their but where to find them is the problem. I guess when you start dating you have to lay down the ground rules they can accept them or move on. I am very proud of you, you sound like a strong young woman who knows what she wants, Your going to College to better yourself. As I have told my daughter you don't need a man to survive a woman can be happy on her own. Once upon a time, a girl asked a guy, "Will you marry me? >> >>The guy said "No" and the girl lived happily ever after and >> >>went shopping, drank martinis with friends, always had a >> >>clean house, never had to cook, had a closet full of shoes >> >>and handbags, stayed skinny, and was never farted on. >> >> >>The End

Yes there are. I fit your description but am twice your age so, too old for you I suspect - I wish you luck in your search for a decent man closer to your age. I am sure he's out there somewhere.
