Neither. I've never told and no guy I know has ever asked. If someone did I would think they were low and pathetic. Of course looking at the answers I suppose there are a lot of low and pathetic people...

If it is something that is supposed to be a secret then I would keep it secret but, I would prefer that the girl I am making out with would become my gf and then it woud be obvious enough to everyone that we're together.

Lots of guys especially younger like to make it known when they make out with a girl because they think its a great accomplishment. Guys always talk about that kind of stuff.
