ok i have really bad love handles. what excercises get rid of them? and i was wondering- when doing situps, does it transfer the fat from around your abs, to your sides, cause it has to go somewhere else on your body right?!

No, fat does not transfer to other areas, who told you this!? Spot treating also does not work, ever, do not let anyone tell you it does. It wont matter if you have a ton of muscle under those 5lbs of fat, because it wont show. The only way to get rid of it is by working out your entire body or by doing cardio.

What you need to do is a lot of cardio. You should do cardio 4 or 5 times a week and about 5-7 miles each time. Cardio can be done in both the gym or at home/outdoors and with all different bugets in mind.

You can:
go running
jogging
jump-rope
jumping-jacks
dancing
roller blading
skiing
hiking
walking

Or you can use:
treadmill
step climber
elliptical

In addition to that, cut down on carbs if it is more than 65% of your diet. Take in more protein, fruits, and vegetables. You can also see great benefits by drinking water instead of soft drinks, getting more hours of sleep, not eating after 7pm and limiting the calories you eat (but not starving!).

The fat won't go anywhere when doing situps. It will stay there and you will continue to be fat, with a nice set of abs underneath that no one knows about. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Wow!! First of all keep sincere toward ur target.. Drink tons of lemon water however water must be hot. Stop fats, candies, desserts, ice lotions and chocolates. Stop rice as good. Start determine, atleast two kms brisk stroll. Eat fibres and salads. Eat muesli, and principal give up traumatic.. preserve urself completely happy. You would possibly become a member of a few fitness center in the event you desire.

You need to do cardio, twice a day, 20-30 minute sessions.... running, jogging, elliptical machine, rowing machine, bikie riding or get an aerobic dvd and do aerobics, thats a good workout..... now for a diet go on a low fat diet, dont drink anything with sugar in it..... drink as much water as you can and dont eat after dinner.
