OK what if God wanted to "test" you like God "tested" Abraham . . wouldn't you have to obey God and go along with the test, knowing God would save your intended victim in the end?

***When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone
But each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed.***
1. God made people, including modern people, with free will.
2. "Evil temptation" is a part of free will.
3. God made people, including modern people, knowing they would be tested by God's creation- "evil temptation."
Or if you prefer:
God made Satan.

No He will not asked me that. So you know that God test Abram, but that is in the OT. But do you that Jesus came, we are set free from the law. Jesus came and He went through alot of suffering for us. He knows how it feels to be tempted. He knows that we are only human, cause once upon a time in history, He was human to.

This is a ruff question?Some Christians will say yes right away but I don't know.Until that moment actually came to me then I'm not certain.Abraham didn't know God was testing him,so he was very faithful for being willing to sacrifice his his promised son and only son.It would be VERY hard to kill someone especially if they were in your family but if God said it then I think I would.Only if God commanded it though.

The usual error is that such questions are relying on examples from the Old Testament forgetting that there is a New Testament [NT] which now guides Christians . There is no parallel in the NT for what you suggest - so this could not come from Jesus.

It would be a phoney baloney jesus that would tell someone to do that. If you read the bible you would know the story that both God and Abraham knew that Issac was going to stay alive under any circumstances because God told Abraham so. It was all about Abram's faith in God's word.
If you seek God in Spirit and in Truth, then you will know His voice, not a phoney baloney one.
John 10:26-28
But you do not believe because you are not my sheep.
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand
So no I wouldn't be fooled.
Consider how the false prophet Muhammed was fooled. Muhammed said that his god told Muhammed at 54 years of age to have sexual intercourse with a 9 year old child.
The real God does not condone Child Molesting.

Seek God and don't be fooled!
.....................................................................
Addition;
We are living in New Testament times and it is different because God has sent Himself manifested in the flesh just to give Jesus' physical body to die as payment for our sins.
Anyway to answer your addition, God does not use Evil to "test" us;
.....................................................................
James 1.12-17
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;
But each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed.
Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
Don't be deceived, my dear brothers.
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Human life is precious.But it is not the only form of life.Nor is it the highest form of life."Mankind "is but a very limited display of our true identity.gen.1:26.Our present condition is due to the fact that Adam didn't do as he was told.He chose instead to use free will.
