baby girl, if you can afford it, then yes, absolutely move out. this is the only way to be independent. you always can stop by and have dinner with her. (i would to save some money).

Is probably best to leave the nest and move out on your own or in with other friends, and then work on patching up your relationship with Mom.
Two adult females in any household are always going to clash and you are at an age where it is normal to seek independence, whereas it is normal for you Mom to rule the roost as she always has.

I've come to the conclusion that people are designed to flourish in their parent's homes up until a certain age and then after that, it's better that they leave if they want to continue maturing and developing. I think the age is different for different people but if you're starting to feel caged, it's probably time to think about moving out if you can afford it. I would leave on good terms with your mom though if I was you.

Move out! I moved out two weeks after I turned 20. Mum didn't take it well and didn't speak to me for 3 months. She got over it though. I found it a nice break really, and refused to feel guilty. My mum was very much into the idea of having an "adult relationship" with her kids, but is completely incapable of doing so when they live under her roof. Poor Mum, she's always been in denial over that :)

I think you better stay at home and try to work out things with your mother... After all you are her daughter and I'm sure she loves you soo much.. Besides, problems between parents and their children happen everywhere and in almost every house
I'm sure everything will be ok..
good luck

if you cant handle the situation and respect your moms rules then you need to leave her house and go out and live on your own.

If you're in school and need a place to go, then stay and work it out.
If you're working full time, you need your own place full time.
