My bf Tyler (Ty) plays football. One day, I went to one of his games and not as a cheerleader which I am. He got knocked over hard and was torn up at his ancle. He wanted to play but I held him down. He was 2 hurt... I told the coach to make him sit. After a LONG fight he sat. I sat beside him. Being told what to do when he doesn't want to do it makes him mad. He got so mad that on the way home he crashed. I was sitting in the passenger seat and screamed when he crashed into a wall. I had put my hands up and was OK but the car was crushed. I looked over at Ty and saw him slumped in the seat out cold. I screaned his name over & over. He didn't wake up even when I shook him. I was hugged andmobed by friends and family as I was taken out of the car and checked out OK. Ty was in a coma. The paremedics wouldn't let me ride with him but I insisted. He's still in a coma and it's a week later. It's all my fault isn't it? I haven't ate slept or anything in a week and I've been by his side.

This is trueor else I wouldn't be on here lying. NEway he woke a few minutes ago but then passed out again. And he does care aboutme. The doctor said his foot messed up whenhe was driving(muscle spasm) Then as I said he put his life atRISKTO PUT HIS BODY IN FRONT OF ME SO I WOULDN'T GET KILLED! I CALL THAT TRUE LOVE!

He woke up a day ago! He's asleep right now but IT WAS NOT MADE UP! I WOULDN'T LIE. AND HE SAID HE HATED HIMSELF FOR ALMOST HURTING ME AND APOLOGIZEDSOMANYTIMES AND SAID HE LOVED ME. SO I'M ON HERE SAYING THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT

I am so very sorry to hear about this. All you can do is put your faith in the doctors. Sit by Ty's side and talk to him. Carry on a conversation like he's awake. Subconsciously he may be able to hear you. Say your prayers and good luck to you both.....

Hun, I wouldn't blame yourself. Sounds like TY has some issues. Sounds like you cared enough about him that you didn't want him to hurt himself more than he did out on the field. You didn't mean to make him mad. So please don't blame yourself.
Obviously him crashing into a wall with you in the car, didn't fase him one bit. Sounds like he really doesn't care about you like you care about him. Sounds like he just cares about himself and no one else. He doesn't care how people feel about him. Thats not a type of guy you need to be with.
I know you want him out of the coma, but is it worth hurting your body from not eating right, to be treated like you did. He literally ran into a wall with you in the car with him. He didn't care if you were going to die at the time of the crash.
I understand you want him to wake up, but after he does.. You need to ask yourself if he's the right guy to be with. Since he didn't care about you when he crashed, is he going to care about you in the future..
Hon I think you need to move on..... be there as a friend but nothing more.

It isnt your fault, the fact that you guys crashed is the reason why hes in coma in the first place, it isnt you. So just wait patiently if you can and wait for him to come back. Im sure he'll remember you.

Accidents happen. You sound very emotional strung out. Why was he driving in the first place with a torn up ankle? If he was my bf i would not have let him drive it wasn't your fault but you could have prevented it.

You guys getting into an accident isn't your fault. He was driving he ****** up while driving unless someone hit you guys. It is not your fault.

it's not your fault..it was an accident..just visit him lots and hold his hand, kiss him, and whisper to him in his ear and tell him that you love him and your right there with him. how old are you? just out of curiousity?

it's not your fault. things just happen; who knows that may have happened if he contiuned to play that night.
his parents don't blame you do they?
