There's a difference between foing it "on" the road and doing it "in" the road, on the road is grand for your average exhibitionist, i suppose you could technically do it in the road if the pothole was big enough

if you mean what I think you mean,then apart from the danger of being run over,or burning your a*** on the hot tarmac,you`d get arrested for indecent exposure,offending public morals,breach of the peace,etc,etc
