What items do you like in your omelet?

I like cheese and pasley in my omelet. I dont like anything else in it and it has to either american , mozzarella, provolone and italian parsley. I then sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese and chopped parsley on top of the omelet once it is done. plain and simple i am not a veggie girl.

I love steak, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and cheese! Thats my favorite, and then top it of with some tabasco sauce! good eatin'!

for me it depends on what I feel like that day, or what I have on hand....of course the usual stuff, onions, mushrooms, cheese, ham, sausage, bacon crumbled, green peppers...but there are sometimes I have left over taco meat so I put that on with some onions and cheese remove and add some diced fresh tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and salsa.....sometimes I use left over steak chopped, with mushrooms and top with cheese, sometimes I use left over steamed broccoli, ham and Swiss/cheddar/ or provolone cheese..and sometimes I will add a little sugar to the egg mixture, cook and top with strawberries and cream cheese

I love Chicken Fajita Omelettes, and I also love regular old fashioned ham and cheese. Delicious.
