I have a 9 week old male Seal or Chocolate (to soon to tell, looks more chocolate to me) point siamese, and I have no idea what to call him. He is beautiful so I want to make sure it is something original, he has deep blue eyes. Anyone have any ideas?

BTW...I like different names for example my Son's name is Phoenix.

Aaahhh another meezer slave LOL

It is possible to know if your kitten is a chocolate or a seal point, even at 9 weeks. Just look at his paws, for a chocolate it will be like milk chocolate, and the seal a very dark brown (sometimes almost black).

As for a name you could go with a chocolate name:

Cocoa
Truffle
Ferrero (choclate brand)
Hershey

My first siamese was a lilac-point, and I named him Joss, chinese god of good luck. And now I have a seal-point femaly, her name is Mily which means beautiful in Hawaiian.

These websites are my favorite to find pets new name, and the last one will give you Thai names (Siam is now Thailand)

Try looking on the web. Type in Siamese Pet Names or just Siamese Names. Also since Siam is now called Thailand, do the same with that heading. Below are a few sites I looked up for you. It's always good to name your pet from their origin. My cats are Chausie's and they are bred from the Jungle Cat of Egypt and Afirca. I have both of them named that way. One is in named in Swahili and the other is named in Arabic which is the current Egyptian language.

Lazuli - arabic meaning blue or sky. Derived from allazjward meaning heaven or courageous person. Pronounced laz-uh-lee or laz-uh-lie (I prefer laz-uh-lie personally). You said you have a son. Have you ever watched Meerkat Manor on Animal Planet? The Lazuli are a rival gang of meerkat to the featured Whiskers clan. It's also a gemstone (Lapis Lazuli actually) that has been cherished throughout history and at one time was more popular than gold.

I have a parakeet named Turtle and a dog with an italian name...Macello. ;) For your cat? How about Keebler or Cayman. Hmmmm....you could always look at popular baby names online from other countries. That always seems to spark something. ;) Good luck!!!

Perhaps something from the Chinese dictionary, to better suit the kitty's heritage.

I recommend:
Cong- Intelligent
Deshi- virtuous
Gan- adventure
Jin- Gold
Jing- pure
Liang- Excellent
Quon- bright
Shen- Spirit
Zhuang- strong

or something from the color names:
Bruno- brown
Indigo- dark blue (for his eyes)

Good luck!
