No, it only means that you have some wrong ideas about God's creatures. He didn't make anything bad or evil. The only evil being is the devil. The devil can't create a thing and never has been able to. He can only cause stuff and everything he causes is bad and can be evil. There are a lot of people out there who believe in one form of god or another but there is really only one true God and he doesn't do or create evil. And people cannot be god's. Only one person was a God first and then he became a man. That was Jesus and he didn't do it the other way around by being a man first and then becoming a god. Nice try though but won't and ca't work. And, if any cat seems to act evil, it is for one reason only. Some human has scared it to death or treated it so mean that it has to fight back to defend itself and so that may make it seem like it is evil, in which case, that is animal abuse and they need to be punished by the law.
