About a week ago, British Airways failed to bring us our luggage on our trip to Amsterdam. Three days after we returned to UK our luggage arrived at our home, the outer shell damaged. So we filled out a property irregularity report, sent BA an email and even tried phoning them today. We recieved a reply from our email saying that it will take another 28 days for BA to deal with our problem.

We have tried filling out a lost baggage claim form on the BA website, but no matter what, the form does not accept our form entry. Apparently, we have one day left in which to try to make a claim. Phoning BA directly to fill in the report does not work.

Is anyone having the same difficulties as us? Is so, what did you do to make your claim known?
