Probably not...hypertrophic scars and keloids are notoriously difficult to treat. The good news is that hypertrophic scars often fade in time. Home treatments are almost always ineffectual.

Please see a dermatologist for treatment. Treatment can involve:
cortisone injections
laser treatment
surgery (scar revision)
