Yes, the bible seems to teach that Solomon will be resurrected.

(1 Kings 11:43) Solomon lay down with his forefathers, and was buried

The bible seems to use the expression ‘lay down with one’s forefathers’ synonymously with 'went to Sheol'. The bible quite plainly teaches that Sheol is a term for the grave, and quite plainly teaches that everyone in the grave will be resurrected. It is up to Solomon to do better in the next life than he did during bible times.

(John 5:28-29) The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.

(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.
