If they are asking you to enter personal information, such as a credit card number or passwords it is a fraud. They are what is called "phishing", which is where they attempt to get personal information.

DO NOT Click on any links in that E-mail and just delete it. If you did you need to immediatly go through the real site(by typing it in your browser) and change your password. Or if you did enter in credit card/bank information call the bank that you did it with and ask to talk to their fraud department.

First of all, it could be a scam. Second, who is it from. And is it really from them? Don't trust anything like this that comes in an email. Don't follow any links provided in the email. Don't give them any info.

Looks like they did not like what they saw and deactivated you.
