C .. alot of time diet food means they add more sugar and crap to lower the calories

C and D but neither is actually true. Diet foods and Healthy eating labels arent as truthful as we are led to believe. they contain more or the same amount of salt as a normal meal and often contain more hydrogenated fats which are VERY bad for our bodies. they contain more sweetners and contain more sugar than other foods and more additives to make it taste similar to the original recipe which has been amended.
