If the righteous Muslim male is rewarded with 72 virgins in heaven, from where do the virgins come?

Virgin females who die are given to the men - but let's be realistic, not that many women die virgins!
Female babies who die are mystically converted to sexually adult virgins - but that's just sick!
Allah/God has a virgin assembly line in heaven to crank out rewards for new candidates.
There are very few righteous men so finding that many virgins is not a problem.

They are not virgins. That verse was mistranslated. They are servants to the women in Jinnah. Each Muslim woman who gets into Jinnah can have 72 servants if she wants them.
