No, and I very much doubt that it will ever happen. Although such would be possible in principle, the Cardinals tend to choose one of their own.

I am an atheist have no church & do not want one so kindly tell me why on earth would I want a pope & who would pay for him.

no. there will never be an atheist pope because atheism is not a religion. whoever thinks otherwise is highly ignorant.
